According to the older generation, vermicelli soup originated from the early farming agricultural times. It was a snack prepared by housewives for farmers. In order for more people to enjoy, vermicelli is usually cooked in a huge pot, without any addition of  ingredient.

 

根据老一辈人的说法,源自于早期的农业社会的面线羹,是当时的主妇烹煮给农耕者的点心。为了便利多人享用,通常将面线煮成一大锅,并没有加入任何配料。
